Vensoco

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 3, 2026 · Draft · Leer en español

This is a courtesy translation of the Spanish original, which has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Neither version should be published as binding or linked from the live site until that review happens. If the two versions ever disagree, the Spanish version controls.

1. Who we are

Vensoco is operated by Vensoco LLC, a limited liability company organized in the state of Wyoming, United States, with operations run out of the Dominican Republic ("Vensoco", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Vensoco platform (the "Service"), including the website and any related application.

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Vensoco.

2. What Vensoco is

Vensoco connects people who have a project underway ("Creator") with people looking to join one, with time, money, or both ("Partner"). The Service lets you create a profile, publish it to a feed visible to other registered users, and contact other profiles.

Vensoco is not an investment advisor, does not evaluate the viability of any project posted, does not hold or manage funds, and is not a party to any agreement between users. See Section 8 for the full scope of this limitation.

3. Who can use Vensoco

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide truthful information about yourself and your project (name, stage, area, availability). A profile with knowingly false information may be suspended.
  • One profile per person. Duplicate accounts used to simulate activity aren't allowed.

4. Your account

You can register with email and password, or with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

You can close your account anytime from your account or by writing to us. What happens to your data when you close it is described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Identity verification

Profiles marked "Verified" went through an identity check. Today that check is manual: the Vensoco team confirms identity case by case, without an automated third-party provider yet. When document + selfie verification through a third-party provider (Stripe Identity) goes live, these Terms and the Privacy Notice will be updated to reflect it before it launches, and existing users will be notified.

"Verified" confirms identity, not a project's viability, honesty, or financial soundness. It's not a guarantee of anything beyond "this person is who they say they are."

6. Referrals and rewards

Vensoco has a referral system: you share your link, and when someone registers with it and gets verified, you earn credit toward badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and perks like free months or a discount. As long as Vensoco isn't charging for the Service, these perks are accounting balances, not money or a claimable credit — they activate once a billing mechanism exists. The first 100 registered profiles receive the "Founder" badge; it's first-come, first-served and can't be earned later.

Vensoco may change the thresholds, perks, or mechanics of this system going forward. A change won't take away a badge or perk already granted.

7. Expected conduct

By using Vensoco, you agree not to:

  • Post false information about your identity or your project.
  • Use the platform for spam, scams, or soliciting money outside of a real project.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Attempt to game verification or the referral system in bad faith.
  • Scrape data from the feed or from profiles.

We may suspend or close an account that violates this, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

8. Vensoco is not a party to your agreements

This is the most important part of this document: Vensoco connects people. Any conversation, investment agreement, partnership, contract, or transfer of money that results from a contact made on Vensoco is strictly between those users. Vensoco does not review, approve, guarantee, or take part in those agreements, and is not liable for losses, breaches, fraud, or disputes between users. If you're going to invest money or time in a project you found here, do your own diligence — the same way you would if someone you knew had introduced it to you.

9. Content you post

What you post on your profile (text, images, project details) remains yours. By posting it, you grant Vensoco a limited, non-exclusive license to display it within the feed and your public profile while your account is active. You're responsible for having the right to post what you post.

10. Vensoco's property

The Vensoco brand, the platform's design, and its code belong to Vensoco LLC. These Terms don't grant you any rights over them beyond using the Service as a registered user.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vensoco is not liable for indirect damages, lost business, or losses arising from agreements between users (see Section 8). This platform is under active construction; errors or interruptions may occur.

12. Changes to these Terms

Vensoco is at an early stage and these Terms will change as new parts get built (third-party verification, billing, messaging). We'll notify you by email before any material change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States — where Vensoco LLC is organized — without prejudice to any consumer-protection rules that may apply in your own country (those local rules can still apply in your favor regardless of this paragraph; a lawyer should confirm the details). Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
